Restaurant Bistro Grill da Pier

The Restaurant Bistrot Grill da Pier is located at the beginning of the peninsula of Sirmione, in Colombare. The restaurant has been launched in 2015 by the owner Terzi Pierluigi already a founder of two renomated restaurants in the region of Lake Garda.

At Bistrot Grill you can taste a cuisine made of selected meat and fish dishes cooked rigorously on the grill. We offer fresh seasonal and local produce vegetables cheese , finest cold cuts and of course our vegetable home made delightful preserves. We make our own bread and desserts!

Our pride is the legendery “maccheroni flambé” a pasta dish that is cooked using fire that melts the cheese inside a big Grana Padano shape, that was invented by Pier itself in 1981.

Our concept is using finest organic products cooked in a simple way and promptly. The wine selection is worth of taking a look at with the list ranging from the regional wines to the classical favourites from the rest of Italy.

The atmosfere is informal the place is cozy warm and welcoming. There’s also powerful air conditioning unit inside for the heat sufferers and the possibility to eat ouside.
